How it works
Pre Production
From an initial meeting we will go over any concepts you might have and offer suggestions for value add. After that we will complete a treatment with the scope of the project along with a basic overview of lighting, sound, location, and any other logistics that will be needed. This will be delivered with an estimate for the project. When both are approved and a deposit has been made we will schedule shoot dates along with any talent if needed. From there a more comprehensive treatment will be created for you and the crew of the project.
Production
Most projects will be scheduled for one production day unless the scope of the project exceeds a 10 hour day. Lots of planning goes into the pre-production to keep filming on track and make sure everyone knows what the day will look like and what we need to shoot so there is no confusion. On set we provide all the professional lighting/ grip/ sound/ and camera equipment that will be needed to bring the vision to life.
Post Production
After production we will back up all the footage and begin editing the project. We have a minimum two week turn around time. To keep this process stream lined we do ask you send us any project assets that will be needed so we can try and perfect the edit the first draft. We will deliver the first draft via an online link with passcode so you can review it and decided if you would like any revisions. We provide up to two rounds of client revisions to the final project we decided during the pre-production. You are able to have more revisions done if you would like for an additional fee.
Photography
We do provide photography services as well! Depending on the project, the outline of he process will follow pretty close to our videography process. We are equipped to take on just about any photo project but we specialize in architectural and hospitality photography for new hotels or event spaces.
